Always one to indulge our love of Shih Tzus, my sister in-law sent Ivy and I the link to the 2009 Westminster Kennel Club’s Shih Tzu judging video. Even though we keep PT’s hair short, I can appreciate the long flowing coats on these peppy little fuzz-buckets.
